We lucked out with Chazz! He immediately understood, without judging, that we were coming down for 3 days to a city where we'd never been to buy a house. We found and made our need/wish lists, sent him examples and were thrilled when he was able to make us appts to see almost all of them. He listened, paid attention and figured out exactly what we were looking for. He was also a wealth of information about the city and the various neighborhoods in it, shopping, landmarks, dining, etc. His hometown pride shines!

He was able to negotiate a great price, with extras, for us. He also handled and scheduled the repairs, inspections, re-inspections and coordination of everything and everyone brilliantly.

His motto appears to be "Here to help, not hurt" and he takes it very seriously. Being only in town for the weekend, we were forced to rely very heavily on Chazz for everything afterwards and he more than stood up to the challenge. Consummately professional but personable and personal too.

Sherrie did a wonderful job with finding homes based on our criteria. She handled the deposit as expected. She does need to improve on preparing and sending contracts, this was stressful. She made it very clear she guide us on price but not negotiate the final cost. Sherrie did provide all services in a very timely manor. The seller started using her services rather than their own realtor because of her excellent followup skills.
